I work with individual adults in Coeur d'Alene, ID. After training and living in Seattle for 11 years, I left the big city. I'm 35 minutes east of Spokane, WA. I work with anxiety and attachment using CIMBS (Complex Integration of Multiple Brain Systems). I utilize Attachment Focused EMDR and LifeSpan Integration for trauma. I was trained in Relational Psychotherapy and tune into the body. I've had training in Somatic Transformation and I help clients become aware of themselves, helping them become mindful and regulated. Internal Family Systems (IFS) has influenced some of my work and approach. I work with clients to help them make deep and lasting changes. In my former life I was an Electrical Engineer. Now I enjoy helping clients find their embodied, emotionally alive, selves. :)
