I am currently taking new clients. I work with teens and adult individuals. I specialize in trauma, which underlies many psycho-emotional problems such as anxiety and depression. However, I am also interested in working with people experiencing important life transitions and challenges, especially when they feel stuck, confused, or lost. II am available for a short, no-cost phone interview to answer your questions about my practice.
My orientation to psychotherapy embraces Jungian and depth psychology approaches, but I also utilize CBT, mindfulness, somatic, and relational therapies. Additionally, I draw from various schools of spiritual wisdom. I am trained in Dream Tending, a unique approach to understanding dreams.
I do not take insurance. I will accept clients on a sliding scale if appropriate. I accept credit card, cash, or check at the time of your appointment. Fee details on website.
