I work with anxious people. We all know from experience that too much anxiety disrupts your creativity, ambitions, spontaneity, and relationships. Anxiety hijacks hope. I have a particular interest in trichotillomania, a compelling and frustrating behavior that complicates relations, both with the self and with others. I also like to work with Veterans.
